Navigation Services
​Gerontology-based services take away the stress, confusion and frustration experienced by anyone trying to navigate, manage and plan for age-related challenges but are unsure of what to do and where to begin.
​Services are available in a variety of convenient and flexible formats depending on the needs of the clients. No referral or long-term commitment is required. If family is accessing services, the older adult does not have to be present during a session.

Initial Intake & Assessment
This is the first step for those who could benefit from dedicated time with a Gerontologist will help clients to make a plan with actionable goals to prepare for their aging journey.

This session is ideal for those not quite sure of what they should be working to on but want to start the conversation. This session will give clients a full picture and comprehensive view of where they are at, where they want to be, and how to get there. This session includes an intake form completion, one hour with a Gerontologist and a report with actionable goals and a plan for next steps. ​
After this session, clients are welcome to book other services right away or come back anytime in the future for a follow-up session.

Individual Sessions​
These sessions are suited for clients looking for the expertise and guidance of a Gerontology professional who can help them work through a certain topic, issue or challenge they are facing at any stage along their aging journey. Our packaged solutions are also listed below for those who are interested in multiple sessions that address the most popular topics requested by our clients.
Clients can also choose to have an aging expert accompany them to appointments, tours or other activities when they need more guidance and ​​​​​​​​​support.
Sessions are available to clients and their families by phone, virtual or in-person. Sessions are in 60 minutes increments and can be booked consecutively based on availability.

Group Sessions
Give clients all the benefits of individual sessions with the added fun and social aspects of a supportive group environment. Sessions can be personalized to the group's needs or can be chosen from a list of pre-determined topics. A minimum of five participants (related or unrelated) is required and sessions can be single/one-time or multi-sessions.​
Working Sessions
These sessions are one-hour time blocks allocated to support clients with completion of specific age-related tasks or activities. Sessions are completed at the client’s discretion and depending on the nature of the tasks and/or activities, the client may not need to be present for these sessions. Sessions can be booked consecutively if activities or tasks require more than one hour to complete. Examples of activities and tasks we have helped clients with are listed below.

*The cost per hour does not include extra fees charged to complete tasks such as registration, admission, membership or other administration fees.
