Choosing Home Care

Service Description

This package will help you from start to finish to choose the ideal Home Care services that are right for you. After a 30 minute consultation, we will go to work searching for three Home Care agencies based on your unique needs and preferences. We will generate a listing of those agencies with all the information you have requested including costs and services available. We will call you for a second 30 minute meeting to explain our findings. Once you have chosen which Home Care Agencies you prefer, we will go ahead and call them to schedule the initial assessments that are required to book services. You will have the choice to have us accompany you on those assessments if needed. We will be with you through the entire process. This package includes: -30 minute initial consultation with our Gerontologist -Detailed listing of 3 Home Care Agencies -30 minute follow-up call explaining findings -Communication with Home Care Agencies and scheduling of Home Care Assessments -Option to have us accompany you on the Home Care Assessments
